Milan was amazing!!! i fell in love with so many collections. again, there was so much color and i saw even more furrrr and.....snakeskin!
Dolce & Gabbana-rocker, tom-boy chic. i've always wanted a sequined blazer, but a sequin trench? yes! and sequined leggings!? yess! and i'm loving the stars. especially the star pants. i so want a pair! and i love the killer oxfords! so cool, i loved it all.
oh my Gucci! so glamouros and rich! COLORFUL furs and snakeskins and silks. layers of amazing textures! the collection made me think of old hollywood. i can totally see the gowns on the red carpet. and florence welch of florence + the machine was one of their inspirations! such a strong collection!
Marni-70s inspired colors, prints and accessories. but with some 30's style incorporated too with the gloves and fur collars. plus some african prints thrown in there. such a great line! (and i looove the shoes!)
missoni-reminded me of rodarte's muted pastels, long dresses and coats. but with great prints and snakeskin!
i wish i could show pictures of all the collections and designs that i loved, but this post would be 5 pages long! some of my other favorites from Milan were Salvatore Ferragamo, Bottega Veneta, Jil Sanders, and Pucci.
go here or here if you want to see more!
i think Milan has been my favorite so far.
and it'll be pretty tough, but i know Paris will be even better than Milan! i'm so excited :)
